It would be nice as the HR admin to be able to view who on the team has made the changes as far as flagging a candidate and moving from one stage to the next.

I was hoping to be able to build out the information included in the task assignments to allow the assigned task completers to see basic candidate information within the task (depending on what it is), including the title and building of the person's pending position, phone number and email address, etc. As it currently stands, the tasks are helpful, but I'll likely need to add an additional email outside of Red Rover to my process to communicate what that person's position is.

It would be nice if you could add a textbox of instructions to forms in the New Hire Checklists. Another useful feature would be the ability to add hyperlinks to "Tasks".

Currently when HR receives a requisition and "approves" it, this just creates a draft job posting on the Jobs page but that posting is not linked to the requisition workflow. There's no link or even notification that a draft posting has been created, so you have to leave the requisition and go to the Jobs list yourself and find the draft to continue. When the requisition process hits the point where it creates a draft posting, you should see a statement that a draft posting was created, including the job identifier and preferably also a link to edit the posting.

I have received several calls voicing frustration from those receiving reference requests for applicants applying for multiple positions. They are requesting to complete one reference request and have the feature to designated multiple applications to apply the reference to.

Routing - especially for I-9 forms. After the new hire completes their forms, it should route back to HR before being marked complete so we are able to enter in their I-9 information when the new hire comes in. When completing the new hire onboarding forms, the new hire's name should populate on each form. DocuSign currently has this feature and it makes the process smoother.

We will use the New Hire Export and will import the new hire information into Skyward. It would be helpful if we had the option to add a Social Security Number to the New Hire Export.

We have a list of former employees that are not rehirable. We'd like a way to load their names/email addresses into the system so it'll automatically flag them if they apply for a job. We're new to RRover so right now we're having to catch them as they apply.

We love the requisition process. It would be infinitely better with the ability to use a job template. Currently, once a requisition is approved, the job has to be built manually and the pay rate and job description have to be entered every time. Even a simple template that allowed the requestor to drop in the job description and pay type and rate would be a huge time saver on the back-end.
