Applicants should have access to RR support when they are having trouble with an application, videos, document upload, etc.

I would love the ability to not have a new hire automatically put into the new hire section when moved to the new hire column in Hiring or to be able to choose "no onboarding needed". For example, I have hired one of my teachers to be a swim coach. She is fully cleared and there is nothing she will need to do for onboarding, but she has now been added to the new hires to start onboarding. Would love to have that page just for the people who really do need to complete onboarding items.

In the onboarding process for our new hires, it would be great if the internal person responsible for onboarding can upload a document AND change the status to complete for the new hire.

It would be nice to group forms so you can do one item for the Checklist, instead of each form being it's own item on the list for a new hire.

Sometimes, administrators prefer to review a draft posting before it is made public to ensure they see how it will appear to applicants.

It would be great to be able to customize hiring stages by Categories as the process differs by each category type.

We are building our New Hire Checklists for each employee type to be hired in the settings. While developing these checklists, we realized that being able to use hyperlinks in the checklists, we would be able to save our team an incredible amount of work and make our onboarding process more robust and thorough.

We'd like to be able to assign a second list of tasks after the first list of tasks has been completed. We need to do background checks and would like to be able to assign the second list only if they pass the background check.

Please make it easier for us to click on Archived Applications and all of those particular applications appear all together regardless what position they applied to. It would be much easier, faster and less time consuming when we are trying to locate said applications.

We would like to be able to restrict all users except HR Admin from editing or closing a post. We post elsewhere (emails to staff) so we need everything to open and close at the same time in all places.
