It would be super fantastic if we could assign a task to a coworker AFTER a form in a check-list is completed. For instance, when a new-hire completes the staff profile it would be neat if RR would assign a task to our tech team to complete it (otherwise they have to keep checking back if it's complete). Also - would be cool if we could have a notification email option when a task is assigned to someone (internally, not the new-hire).

Can you please add a "Filled" header to the Jobs categories to distinguish between closed and filled? When a job posting has a closed date it automatically moves to the closed category but it is hard to track which ones have been filled. I recently took over the hiring portion of Red Rover and I do not know which of the 121 closed jobs still need to be filled. Also, can you please make it an option to manually mark the position filled if the application did not apply through Red Rover? We have several internal candidates that do not submit an application online and I cannot mark that position as filled.

Hiring is a great platform! One suggestion would be to allow Admin users to view an overall "Interview Calendar". Our HR department schedules all interviews for our district. So we have to go into every job to see the interview schedule and make sure we are not double booking some principals for interviews. It is difficult to keep track of the schedules. Being able to see all the interviews scheduled in one place or on one calendar would be very helpful.

We use Skyward for our HR/PR and I would like to know if there is a process for transfer of hiring info from RR onboarding to our Skyward HR/PR software. How does it load from RR to Skyward or is it still an all manual process?

I would like to be able to recover the requisition to any job that has been archived. This gives us the ability to look back on the internal notes and details that were given when the job was initially created.

It would be helpful for an admin user to be able to upload documents for a candidate applying for a job but struggling with the application. If we could "impersonate" or "login" as them, upload the resume, cover letter, etc. then log out for them to complete the application it would help some of our applicants. Thank you!

It would be great if we could report on the number of vacancies. When a requisition is created, there is a place where you put the number of positions in the requisition, but this information does not show up on the job posting or reporting. It would be great if we could pull this information with the Job Posting report that's already available.

We have an employee who helps with hiring coaches. We'd love for her to be able to only see candidates who apply for coaching positions, not every position that we have open.

We would like to be able to use variables in forms to autofill certain sections. Specifically this came up when working on a Recommendation to Hire form; we would like to have at least the position title autofill, the candidate's name would also be helpful.

It would be helpful if we could print a posting that includes the title and job description. When we are issuing temporary approvals for teachers the MDE and the ISD, the district is required to show proof of a job search. In the past on our previous platform we could print the posting and attached it as proof.
