Do not allow candidates to start or submit more than one application for the same position. Red Rover should recognize the candidate’s email address and direct them back to their existing application to complete or update it instead of allowing duplicate applications to be created.

I am looking for a way to efficiently manage my Letters of Assurance for Substitutes from start to finish. It would be great if we could export a list with Sub name, email address, status of letter, etc.).

I would like to be able to mark a new hire's onboarding checklist as complete so that we know they don't need to do anything else - only internal tasks remain or vice versa.

Being able to have the option to sort candidates by the date of their submitted application rather just alphabetically or by application submission. Don't get rid of those but add the option for sorting by date. Thanks!

It would be great and helpful to be able to see who has viewed an applicants application with the name, date and time. This was a helpful feature in Frontline....We have only given permissions to certain positions in the district but have had an issue with someone without permission finding a backdoor to view applications and caused issues with their current employer.

Hello, I would like to suggest there to be a way to "bump/refresh" up a posting on the website without having to close the posting and repost it.

We would love to be able to have conditional statements on our application templates. For example, they answer "yes" to a question, then a "paragraph" response would show for them to elaborate. Or depending on how they answer a question, it could skip certain questions.

We need the ability for location/school administrators to create requisitions, then cannot edit requisitions/job postings once approved. It's problematic that they have the ability to edit a previously approved requisition/posting.

When in the Hiring platform - to close or pause jobs, can that be an option in the same little drop down where you can duplicate the posting? Currently you have to have to open each job posting to pause/close it. It just becomes tedious when pausing/closing multiple jobs at the same time (summer jobs for example.)

As a courtesy we email all staff a link to all job postings. It would be awesome if employees could enable a notification to be notified/emailed for all postings or postings from types of postings they are qualified.
