It would be nice to have a way to create a calendar specific to an employee that would be linked to the absence part of Red Rover. We have principals that write their own calendar and it would be great if we could put that calendar that they provide in Red Rover and then have it linked to any absences that they put in.

Deleting calendar events triggers the Red Rover system to add dates back to jobs/Vacancies. Is there a way to turn this off so deleting a calendar event does not automatically trigger the system to add back dates? We want to choose to add dates back as needed. Sometimes it adds dates back to jobs that have already ended.

The find sub feature is so helpful when we need to conduct manual outreach for our jobs that are a bit trickier to fill. It would be great if we could see ALL the subs that are eligible for the job, not just the first 100. At times, our team has to use the "hide from subs" feature for a job that has certain requirements, so we really rely on this find sub feature to help us make phone calls. Sometimes we don't have any luck with the first 100, since they may not all match that assignment's specific requirement. We'd love to see the whole list. Thanks!

We have a district looking to have Class Cover Subs be able to go in and pick and choose the class period they want to cover instead of a clerical having to go in and assign. The absences would need to be designated as class cover only because they only want them going out to the internal class cover subs not the regular subs.

We don't want different subs to pick up each half of those days, we'd like it to be the same sub

For employees with multiple positions, they may have different reasons available to them based on their position. We'd like to limit the reason they can choose based on the position they are targeting with their absence

It would be great to have a feature that requires a 90-minute absence notice for Teachers and Paraeducators Contracts, but no notice requirement for everyone else in the district

We need a better option for closing our district down. Using the current "cancellation" does NOT allow us to enter absences for some of our employees that are out on a leave and/or not covered by a closure. The option to use an "in-service" day causes a problem with auditing later on down the line as it is not really an in-service day at all. We're hoping for another option, where the settings are set up like an "in-service day" and some employees can have absences entered as opposed to deleting the entire day from the calendar for all contracts selected.

When adding dates to a vacancy or absence, Red Rover should have the option to automatically assign the person who is already assigned. With the way it currently works, we have to quickly assign the educator to ensure that the rest of the pool does not see the job.

It would be great to be able to use the "Edit Schedule" screen to hide part of an absence from external subs. Thanks!
