Add an area that we can add previous name to the employee.

I’d love to see red rover come out with an HRIS system. Something that is similar to frontline centrals so we can track credits, send and receive documents, transcript tracking, discipline records, ect.

We need the ability to create and send forms to individuals who are not applicants, such as current employees, contractors, and administrative secretaries. These forms would allow us to collect required information that is not tied to a job posting or a candidate profile.

Our secretaries don't always have access to our SIS but they do Red Rover. When you run a report in RR and try to sort it, it includes the year so it complicates trying to put together a birthday list.

We would like to be able to pull a report on history for our substitutes. Perhaps we could have a position start date as we do for employees. This would allow us to pull historical data.
