Add an area that we can add previous name to the employee.

This is very dream/wishful thinking but I would love if employees had a spot in records for key management! An Audit trail ability would be a plus as well. Key number/ID Key description Building/location Access level Date issued Issued by Expected return date Status: Active Returned Lost

Red Rover has introduced a new product for emergency care cards for subs in personnel files. We have a few substitutes who were injured on the job, taken to the hospital, and schools could not find emergency contact information. Is there a way that an emergency contact field can be added to Red Rover so that substitutes can update it and schools can see it?

We need the ability to create and send forms to individuals who are not applicants, such as current employees, contractors, and administrative secretaries. These forms would allow us to collect required information that is not tied to a job posting or a candidate profile.

Be able to drag documents over not just upload.

Reports that captures form responses.

I’d love to see red rover come out with an HRIS system. Something that is similar to frontline centrals so we can track credits, send and receive documents, transcript tracking, discipline records, ect.

There was an idea if Red Rover could build a system for Board Docs management. Part of one of our departments services involves Board Docs and Diligent and that vendor has had some issues. This would basically be a place to house all of a districts Policies and Board of Education Meetings Documents within the system. Just throwing this idea out there to see if there was an interest from other districts that this could be something that Red Rover could build.

Our secretaries don't always have access to our SIS but they do Red Rover. When you run a report in RR and try to sort it, it includes the year so it complicates trying to put together a birthday list.

We would like to be able to pull a report on history for our substitutes. Perhaps we could have a position start date as we do for employees. This would allow us to pull historical data.
