It would be great if we could copy a calendar event from one school year to the next. Since for many events, the only thing that is different is the date. In our prior system we could open a calendar event save as new, which allow us to choose a new date but not have to redo everything else about the calendar event. For example, for Christmas this year it would be 12/25/2025 all I really need different for next year usually is the new date 12/25/2026. The locations/contracts/name of event are usually the same. It would just be easier than having to redo all the parts of the event like the different locations/contract etc. each school year which can lead to missed information.

We need a report or at least report configuration options to show all of the parts of an employee's custom schedule. For example, all 50 of our Bus Drivers have different schedules. Currently there is no way to run a report showing all of their Red Rover schedules to provide to our Transportation Department for review. I envision that this report would provide multiple rows per employee.

We would like to post any Bulletin and make it mandatory for the sub to receive. We would like the option for them to block to be removed. We are aware it still shows up on the colored banner when they enter into their account, but many do not click on banner.

Is it possible to allow the option to specifically list which names can receive the post. The same way you can exclude can their be a specific include so it only goes to certain staff.

Good moring! I think it would be really helpful if we were able to pick who to send a bulletin post to based on a contract. Right now we have to do it based on position types which is fine for smaller groups but this becomes a pain for larger schools like ours with a large number of positions under different contracts.

Users are required to “Acknowledge” new bulletin board posts before being able to access any other system features.

I was wondering if the email notifications that are sent out alerting users of a new bulletin board post, can have the message that is posted, in the email? This way a user will not have to click the link to see the message. For example, we had a district that was closed today due to icy roads. When I posted this bulletin, the message came through to notify me of the new bulletin, but I had to click the link in the email to see what the message was for. I think, if possible, that it would be great if that notification could contain the verbiage in the bulletin posting so that the user can glance at the email to know the updates, without having to log into the system.

Hello, we would like to have two things on the bulletin board: The option to change the Font size on the bulletin board. The ability to attach documents. This would be helpful, so we can share the needful documents with our staff whenever we post bulletins instead of adding information as an image. Thank you!

It would be nice to be able to sort by different columns in the Settings. For example, in Position Types, the only sort is by the position name. I'd like to be able to sort by Default Contract as well. Similar request for other settings areas. Thank you.

Could we add the ability to group contracts, similar to the way locations can be grouped? For example, if we could group all classified 10-month contracts together it would make running reports and setting up calendars easier since all of the contracts within that group would follow the same logic and would likely be managed by the same people. Additionally, different groups of employees have different pay cycles. Being able to group them would help our payroll team.
