This would be very helpful, to employees as well as admin. staff to see instead of having to call to find out the hire date. The profile page has other helpful information, and this would be beneficial as well.

Some areas of Red Rover show hours in decimals (3.75 hours) and some in HH:MM (3:45). This needs to be more consistent. For example, on the time off Balances edit screen we have to enter hours in decimals when entering the amount of balance on the left but on that same screen the Used/Planned/Remaining columns show hours in HH:MM.

can the system simply “refresh” without going to the browser constantly to refresh?

Please allow PDF attachments to the Bulletin Board. This would be a great place to put our Sub handbook.

It would be helpful to add the employee email as a field on any report. For example, it would be helpful to be able to add the employee email field to the time tracking status report so I can easily send reminders to our employees with incomplete timesheets.

Could we get a list of the hotkeys and ways that Red Rover allows us to use our keyboard to navigate? If this doesn't exist right now, could you start adding it? For example, it would be helpful when using the Search bar to be able to select one of the names that pop up using the arrow and enter keys.

When I create my own report...It would be nice to be able to select "email" as part of it. I see that emails addresses are built in the report provided by RR, but for my custom reports I do no have that as a option to add. When I run report for those who are short on hours etc....It would be nice to be able to copy all the email addresses at once so I can send out mass reminder emails.

Since name changes require proof of ID, we shouldn't be allowing employees to change their name. Also, we just found a situation where someone changed their name and never told anyone - which affects all of our other systems.

Please develop a report that we can export or print with personnel schedules. If I could mass print everyones schedules for back to school or to notify them of a change that would save work effort in doing the activity twice (once to put into RedRover, once to serve an employee notification)
