It would be helpful to be able to change to or open a mobile view window on the desktop site and retain the ability to impersonate an account. Not all of us have both android and iphone devices and because the apps on the devices are different it's hard to troubleshoot even if we look at our own phones. We also have different roles and permission sets on our accounts so not all options may line up. Being able to see what the person is seeing would help with guiding and troubleshooting.

When creating or modifying an employee profile in absence, the start date defaults to the calendar school year start date (07/01/25). Would save time and keystrokes if we can have start default to the current date. Saves time clicking through multiple months to get to the current date, especially towards the end of the school year. Time is money and more recruiting time!

When an admin is on leave, or a position is temporarily vacant, it would be wonderful to have the ability to delegate a proxy approver. Our ERP and some other platforms allow this option and it's very helpful. Updating permissions is time-consuming and creates the opportunity for user error on our end when we are changing those records.

We have positions like chaperone that are used under multiple locations, and it would be easier if we could add in a duplicate position.

We allow our substitutes to have a personal email listed as their notification email in Red Rover even though they use their district provided email address to login. We do this because some of our substitutes prefer to be contacted through their personal email. It would be helpful to have the notification email available as a field in reports like the Substitute Roster, Substitute History, or Substitute Pool Health in addition to the main email field. Then we could use the reports to pull a certain sub-section of substitutes and have their personal emails available so we could send an email to just that group.

We need to see how each admin is set up for approval but there is no header for the specific locations they are assigned to approve. All the info from the screenshot should be available in a report.

When searching for an employee in the search bar, it would be helpful if inactive employees were in a different color.

It would be helpful to see an employee's full schedule, including breaks for each position. Some admins are not given the ability to Edit positions. Therefore, they can't see the specific nuances of their employees' full schedules. In People, for each Position, if the break(s) could somehow be included, maybe in a different color (to stand out), this would allow them to see ALL of the details.

To hide all of or mask part of the employee identifier in the global search bar. Currently all administrators can see the full employee identifer in the global search even if that administrator cannot select that person.

Would like to be able to select multiple days when entering calendar events at one time instead of entering each day individually. For example, I would like to be able to select all of the Holidays at once instead of entering a Holiday for each day.
