Feature Ideas

We would like the ability for users to share reports that they create with other individual users. Right now it appears that reports can only be shared with entire permission sets.

Especially useful for those late nights.

Be able to hit a "next" button to get the the next employee (under the "People" tab) instead having to type in the name or go back to the people list.

On an Administrator profile, provide a way to see a list of all the employees whose "Supervisor" is that Administrator. I'm imagining something similar to the list of Employees on a Position Type or Contract in the Settings area.

Is it possible to have the user's identifier connected to their name and freeze when scrolling, so you can see the identifier and name at the same time? Rather than needing to scroll back up to find the identifier? Example; when on their profile home page, and you need to scroll to their position, I would still like to see the identifier at the same time as seeing their name.

Being able to add Conference Days to our event calendar with a different color so it stands out and is separate from other No School - Teacher In-service Day would be ideal among other calendar events that are more inline with our school year schedule.

The dropdown that allows you to quickly change between employee timesheets at the top of the page is very convenient. It would be great if this was available throughout the website on pages like Time off balances, Absences, etc.

Would like to be able to select multiple days when entering calendar events at one time instead of entering each day individually. For example, I would like to be able to select all of the Holidays at once instead of entering a Holiday for each day.

We would like to have the option to define effective start and end dates for contracts. This would allow for better tracking of contract validity periods and ensure more accurate management of active and inactive agreements.

It would be awesome if we could sort the Identifier column under Position Types, so we can quickly look for a number versus looking by Position Name. Thank you!
