it would be nice to be able to share reports with an individual versus a permission set. So, instead of adding view and edit access just by permission set, having an option to have share it with one person or multiple people who have different permission sets. We do have instances where people in the same permission set do not need access to the same reports.

Hi. Can a "People-View List" option be added to Position Contracts, as it is currently set up for Position Types? In Settings> Position Types, when selecting a position type, go to the bottom of the screen you'll see a PEOPLE heading where you can select View List for Administrators or Employees. This would be nice to have when viewing Position Contracts too.

I would like to have the ability to freeze panes in the reports module and an easier way to move columns. Maybe a Column sort list so that users can number the columns in any order they choose?

It would be great if RedRover would create a sandbox instance for the schools that they serve. This would help a ton with troubleshooting and seeing outcomes before they are implemented in a live environment.

When teachers resign but want to return as subs, we have to chat each time to merge their accounts. Our subs are in the system with their personal emails in case they work in other districts. Our employees are set up with their district emails. The system will not let us change them from SSO to a personal email without chatting so that a Red Rover rep can do it. Please give superusers the ability to merge accounts or allow the system to update to a personal email on its own.

I would like a tab across the top of the Reports page that lists only the reports that I have saved. This way, if I want to edit another report, I can save it to this tab rather than saving it with another name and storing it among the other available reports.

We go back and forth between my view and admin view so many times/ day. We'd love to see the "Switch View" icon in the upper right corner. Thanks for considering this!

PLEASE!! Put SAVE AS back as a visible button and not in the menu for reports. I often change the filters for positions but like everything else in an already created report and now with SAVE as the main option, I have been saving over my base reports.

Hi, I think that it would be helpful if I could copy an existing calendar (found under contracts), rename the calendar and customize it for another employee. My only option now is to create a new calendar.

It would be nice if there were tabs on the employee's home page so you do not have to scroll all the way down to their timesheet or leave balances.
