When an employee only has one job or when an employee doesn't need a sub, it would be easier to maneuver down to absences and timesheets if those parts where either collapsed down, hidden, or moved to the bottom of the page. For example, "Classroom Info for Subs" could be hidden if the employee is marked "no sub needed". Also, the cute little guy at the computer takes up a lot of room on the page if it's not used. :-)
