Feature Ideas

I would like to see an option where I can schedule to inactive an employee on a given date. i.e. I have an employee that submits a letter of resignation on Apr. 1 that is effective on June 30. I would like to be able to schedule the inactivation on Apr 1 so that I don't have to remember to go in on June 30 and do so.

We would like the option to Override "Closed Days" or "No Sub Required" Days. There are times when a sub will be paid Holiday pay for "Closed Days". Example would be Winter Break. Currently we need to enter a Payroll Adjustment. We do NOT want to open these days up as a whole.

Some of our employees have a preferred name that is not their legal name. We would like to have a preferred name and legal name fields. Their legal name would populate official pay reports, but everyone would see their preferred name.

It would be great to be able to "select all" subs to Inactivate them for the Summer so we can manage the reactivation of subs following annual sub trainings for the new school year.

We would like to have more than 1 contact for our employees. We really could use 3 total. We have two HR Generalist that split the employees by Elementary and Secondary. Then we have a benefits coordinator. The 1 sub contact is perfect for us. Thank you,

Id love the admins to have 2 sets of permissions. A set for them to be able to modify certain positions and certain positions they could only VIEW. Example.. An office manager could edit their teachers & staff and see any other positions in their building... ie- kitchen staff, janitors ect.

Would like to have option to enter start/effective date of a position.

It would be great to have a "Test Mode" in Red Rover for training purposes. That way I can demonstrate things to schools and subs without being in a "Live mode."

There really needs to be begin and end dates in the contracts for the school year so we don't have warnings throughout the summer on all of our 9 month employees that they are missing time.
