Submit Recommend to Hire Form

When the Hiring Manager creates the Recommend to Hire form, he clicks "submit form" at the end of form, but that puts it into "Draft" status and doesn't actually submit the form. They then have to change it from "Draft" to "Submit for Approval". It's very confusing that there's another step. If they are clicking "submit form", it should submit the form for approval.
There also should be a way to delete a recommendation if they used the wrong form.

Agreed. The draft status confuses everyone because when they submit they assume HR has received.

Same issue in Requisitions. It's really confusing for both Hiring Managers and for the HR team and can cause tension when a requisition ends up in limbo.

100% Agree. It has created delays in our Board approval process because the Hiring Manager thinks they submitted it and HR is unaware until we are asked for an onboarding status.

Agree 100%! Should go directly to "review" status.

I agree. Constantly emailing hiring managers to move recs from draft to submit.

My administrators also always get confused with submitting the forms twice!
