It would be great if when I add a position that the start date defaults to "today". Currently the default is July 1st of the current school year. We love the position dating feature but are often entering an incorrect start date!!

Would like to be able to select multiple days when entering calendar events at one time instead of entering each day individually. For example, I would like to be able to select all of the Holidays at once instead of entering a Holiday for each day.

It would be nice to have a Non-Contract Event Type. When preloading Para Non-Contract Days into their calendars I don't want those days to show as a Holiday.

It would be great if we could freeze the employee name at the top of the page as we scroll. This way when we scroll down, we can still see their basic information and employee number ensuring we are still on the correct employee.

It would be great to have an emergency contact field on the back end only for those that are administrators to have access to.

Our district collect updated emergency contact information, medical history, and vehicle details. It would be great to have the ability to collect all that information in RedRover for both employees and subs. This is a great platform that we can set permissions on for our staff that would need access to those details in an emergency situation. Would love for RedRover to consider adding this feature!

I know there are "Activity Logs" for absences, but what about a "Change Log" for people? Example: An employee changes their last name, we'd want to see who/what/when that change history occurred.

Would like to have option to enter start/effective date of a position.

I would like to see an option where I can schedule to inactive an employee on a given date. i.e. I have an employee that submits a letter of resignation on Apr. 1 that is effective on June 30. I would like to be able to schedule the inactivation on Apr 1 so that I don't have to remember to go in on June 30 and do so.
