Schedule to Activate / Inactivate employee

I would like to see an option where I can schedule to inactive an employee on a given date. i.e. I have an employee that submits a letter of resignation on Apr. 1 that is effective on June 30. I would like to be able to schedule the inactivation on Apr 1 so that I don't have to remember to go in on June 30 and do so.

This is awesome. It would be great to be able to do this when we add a new employee or change their location/position type. We usually know these things in advance and don't want to make the change before it happens so if it could have an effective date of the change or addition of a new employee, that would be great.

Allow us to enter an effective date for an account inactivation. This is perfect for retirements and teachers that give their notices or resignations months in advance.

We would love the ability to make changes to a subs profile, or add a sub profile using an effective date, for example we have employees's who will become subs effective 07/01/25, we would like to create their sub profiles, today (05/27/25) but would need them to become effective until 07/01/25. Thank you!

I'm going to merge this into a different idea, because I think these are generally the same

Both ideas are needed. Would love this capability.

In addition to a start date, also have an end date that would automatically inactivate their substitute file.
