Hey there folks! Red Rover will now prioritize people records in the search results over absences! (We've also expanded the search results from 5 to 10). Thanks for helping to make us better!

Bring up employees when searching with ID numbers instead of Absence number first.

When searching for an employee with the employee ID number in the search field, have Red Rover bring up employees before absences. I have to have the employees name to search and I don't always have that.

When searching for an employee by identifier, it would be helpful if People came up before Absence/Vacancies. Sometimes there are so many Absence/Vacancies with the number combination that no people come up and then you have to go back and type the name.

Search Result in RR for employee ID

Just a quick request. It can help reducing the time in search for employees.
In search bar- Can the technical team bring the emp ID on top of the search result or at least within this 5 search results. We all payroll team or whoever working in RR more frequently looking for employee ID , mostly not Absence code/ Vacancy. Also can they make the cancel cross little more far ( More space).
Thanks in advance.

I think this should be revisited as Liliana said it doesn't always pull up identifiers. It would also be nice if in people we could search by identifier adding in a search field in there would also work. Larry Foxx For example, with very short identifiers like 48, it doesn't pull up the person in the list.

I see - yes what we were trying to do with the universal search is make it so you could search for many different things at once. I see your request is to search specifically for one numeric string. Thank you!
