I recently received an email request for a reference from one of our districts for a former employee through AppliTrack. Is RR looking in to adding this feature to the Hiring process? That would save our staff a lot of time and effort in the hiring process.

The ability to post a single position and make it available both internally and externally, collecting only what is necessary for internal applicants, and collecting additional questions for external applicants is missed in Red Rover. When posting positions, we often post internally and externally simultaneously, or open the application internally for a short period of time before posting externally. Being able to do this on a single job posting is important, particularly when we have to provide posting data to the licensure board when hiring special permissions. Having to manage this through two postings will make the process more complex with added work.

When we close and archive a job posting, it would be super helpful to still be able to search the candidates that applied and be able to view their application. For the employment history section, there should be a spot added for supervisor name and contact information and a question asking the applicant if we can contact their previous employer. I manually added that question in, but it would be nice to have it on each employment history record.

It would be immensely beneficial to differentiate between incomplete and complete applications on the candidate list (on main candidate page, not in job posting) - and be able to filter/sort by application status. Maybe this is something that could be accomplished with a new stage. I.e., Started vs New - incomplete applications could be in the started phase, and completed applications could then go to the new phase.

Once a position is closed and a candidate hired (or not), it would be helpful to have the option to archive jobs that we are no longer working with, so they aren't in the same group as closed jobs.
