When I set up an option to send an automated email to a candidate for the "applied" stage, it sends it even if they have not finished their application. I would love to see an option to only send the "Applied Candidates" an email after successful completion of their application!

In our stage actions for RR Hiring, we'd love to be able to email an "admin" and not just a candidate when an applicant reaches a certain stage. Today, we can only "email candidate" as a stage action.

We are hoping to be able to add links into the hiring tasks portion for our EduStaff employees to be able to direct them to EduStaff to finish completing their paperwork.

Is there a way to get notified when the offer letter is signed by a candidate? I don't seem to get a notice.

It would be great to be able to customize hiring stages by Categories as the process differs by each category type.

We'd love to be able to have the new hire upload a voided check (for example) to their direct deposit form.

It would be nice if we could link an application to a job posting category so we didn't have to pick which application for each time a job is created.

I would like to run a report for a specific job where I can get the name of the applicant and the answer to a specific question on the application. For example, our stipends are listed on 1 post per school and they applicants answer "which stipend(s) are you applying for?" Have a report would save time of opening each application and/or creating/managing 100 posts.

Initiating reference checks is a multi-step process, and our hiring managers are inconsistent at carrying this out. It would be great if moving a candidate to a certain stage would trigger an automatic reference check.

Wondering if additional filters/sorting functions will be added to the candidate page. For example, having the ability to sort by years of experience, highest degree, etc. would be helpful
