We are hoping to be able to add links into the hiring tasks portion for our EduStaff employees to be able to direct them to EduStaff to finish completing their paperwork.

We'd love to be able to have the new hire upload a voided check (for example) to their direct deposit form.

It would be nice if we could link an application to a job posting category so we didn't have to pick which application for each time a job is created.

I would like to run a report for a specific job where I can get the name of the applicant and the answer to a specific question on the application. For example, our stipends are listed on 1 post per school and they applicants answer "which stipend(s) are you applying for?" Have a report would save time of opening each application and/or creating/managing 100 posts.

Initiating reference checks is a multi-step process, and our hiring managers are inconsistent at carrying this out. It would be great if moving a candidate to a certain stage would trigger an automatic reference check.

Wondering if additional filters/sorting functions will be added to the candidate page. For example, having the ability to sort by years of experience, highest degree, etc. would be helpful

I would like to see a way that we can search candidates by whether or not they have responded to our question as to whether they are properly certified. Right now, we have to go into each application to check. Thank you for considering.

Recently, we had over 45 applicants for a position. It would be extremely helpful if we could download all applications/resumes into one file to review. It is cumbersome to keep clicking and downloading individual applicant information.

We need to be able to pull data from application materials for various reports that we use. Essentially a data mining capability.

Is there a way to set the system to not print internal notes that are appearing on the application? Most times these notes are not appropriate to display to the candidate. We need to print all applications so what we write in this field will become part of the employee's personnel file.
