When we are ready to mass email the applicants/candidates who did not get an interview my understanding is we need to move them all to a category such as "Disqualified" and have the automated email set to send when they are moved. If you have a large pool of applicants this could be a very arduous task, not to mention that these candidates will be sitting in "New" or "Considering" and as they are dragged over could accidentally be dropped in another category that may prompt a different automated email. What I would like to see is either the ability to mass email all candidates in the "New" or "Considering" categories once we are ready to notify them they are not moving forward when we reach the end of our hiring process. Or, I would like to be able to mass select the candidates in a category to then move them en masse to the "Disqualified" category.
