Currently our schedule is set up as Monday through Friday which works great for the non-shared staff but for staff who work in multiple buildings, it can be cumbersome. For example we have some buildings who operate on Day 1 through Day 6 schedule, so every day 2 the employee is at Building A and every day 3 they are Building B. If there's a snow day or a teacher work day, it's then adjusted automatically by the school (but not in Red Rover). There are other schools in our district who operate on an A/B schedule so every A day the sub would go here and every B day the sub would need to go here. When the schedules are built Monday through Friday, it's never usually the same so the teachers/associates are having to write a note to their sub telling them where to go rather than it being automated when finding a sub.
