When a substitute is split between buildings, a secretary may not know if the substitute has arrived or not. Additionally, since some secretaries don't verify daily, it can leave the other building with unverified assignments, which is where the frustration comes from.

This is happening to us even when a whole day is at a different location. We have several staff that are at one location one day and at another location the next day. Right now the system is allowing someone that is not in the building where the absence took place to verify that the substitute worked. I feel like this is a bug in the system. This is not very sound payroll verification.

Agreed on this!! We run into this issue as well as the campus approvals, having both campuses approve only the portion of the employee absence at their campus.
