Yes, agree. Also for teachers when they have completed their required 5 subbing assignment.

Having Red Rover automatically set a rule of some kind, to bump subs pay up to long term after a set amount of consecutive days would be amazing. Instead of having to do this manually for every long term sub. If the system had a rule set up of some sort, where after 10 consecutive days on the same assignment, the sub begins to get long term pay.
