We currently have vacancy reasons in absence when we have to hire a substitute for a position but not because an employee is taking an absence ( i.e. activity bus driver or custodians for regional tourneys etc.) Now that we have hiring implemented, we don't want those vacancy reasons (retirement, resignation etc) to be listed with absence vacanies as it can be confusing to those using the drop down menu to choose. Is there a way to break out the vacancy reasons for each module?
