Vacancy Positions Requiring Accounting Code

I would like an error message if building secretaries do not enter an acct code on vacancy positions. They continually leave it blank causing more time for our AP dept to track down the correct accounting code when reconciling our bill.

Katie Jager - there is an option in the setup that you can allow a vacancy or absence not to be "verified" unless it has an accounting code. You can find this under Settings>Absence and Vacancy Rules. I hope this helps!

A bit of a twist on this. If we could have Vacancy tied to a Building. Example: Vacancy-O Middle School, then we could have the account number tied right to the Vacancy every time per Building. Obviously we would possibly need more than one in a given day.
