The ability to be able to upload schedules, lesson plans, block schedules, ect is all information needed for a sub. This information is always used and it would be so helpful to have it all in one place for the sub. Each day is different and classes do not sun A-G everyday or are on the same time everyday throughout the school year. This would also make it easier for the teacher and super admin (such as myself) to be able to prepare and have certain documents (schedules for example) already uploaded, prepped and ready to roll for the sub.

Hi Kallista! It sounds like the "Classroom info for Substitutes" could be helpful! Each employee can upload information about the school, class, and applicable documents so anytime a sub picks up an assignment for that employee, they will receive the information under that section. Staff can also add notes and attachments (lesson plans) to their absences that the sub can access once they've picked up the assignment.
