As a super user, I'd like to be able to upload candidate documents (resume, cover letter, etc.) at the time I'm manually creating a candidate. We are doing this as a new Red Rover school -- adding a number of existing candidates to jobs that are already in process. But from time to time, I could see that we'll create a job in Red Rover AFTER people know about it somehow and we have their resume. It would save the candidate work updating the application, and sometimes candidates feel they have already provided their information, so it is just slightly awkward to ask again. Thanks!
