Track Accounting Codes associated with PD Activity / Absences

During the school year, our teachers attend various professional development sessions mandated by the District. When entering absences for this purpose, teachers are required to include the appropriate account number associated with the specific PD. These account numbers vary depending on the training and its funding source. To streamline this process and ensure accuracy, it would be helpful to add a custom field - Other in the absence section for entering a specific PD account number.

Accounting codes can now be associated to PD activities in Red Rover's Professional Development Management solution, and absences can already be generated from and associated with PD activities, so that when an employee takes an absence from a PD activity, there is the ability to associate an accounting code to both the absence and the PD activity.
