At our district, we front load leave balances. Because of that, there are times during the year where we need to make adjustments. Leave time may need to be increased/decreased due to payouts of time, mid-year changes up/down in FTE, etc. Red Rover doesn't have a mechanism for "adjustments". I fully understand how to make changes to balances; however, there is no ability to INCLUDE A MEMO to explain the change for tracking purposes. Further, the Employee History record that actually shows the detail changes/adjustments DOES NOT carry forward from school year to school year. We would like to ask that the ability to retain this information be made available, as well as a mechanism to record descriptions for changes made to employee balances. Thanks so much!
