It would be beneficial for the main Super User to be able to edit employee notifications/settings when they ask for it and it is approved for their position. Also to be able to change settings for substitutes.

It would be nice just to be able to SEE the employee and Admin notification settings when impersonating them so that when they say they're not getting notifications they need, we can see if they are turned on or off. :)
