Substitutes Unable to Remove Assignment(s) via Red Rover App

It appears that Substitute Teachers are unable to remove themselves from an upcoming assignment via the Red Rover app, they are only able to do via a computer. Wondering if the app can be updated so that substitutes are able to remove themselves there instead of needing to log into a computer? Thanks!

Hey there Emily Drews! Thanks for reaching out! Subs should definitely be able to cancel out of an upcoming assignment via the app (assuming they have the permission, and that they're not trying to cancel too late, and that they have the most up-to-date version of the app, etc.) If your subs are not seeing this option, please touch base with our support team to ensure things are configured properly by email at support@redroverk12.com, or via LiveChat!
