It would be helpful if the substitute pool health report had either a hire date or date the sub was set up in Red Rover, to give some context to the report so that we could assess if some of the folks with low number of shifts covered are new (and that's perhaps why they are low) or if they are existing (and they are not interested/engaged and that is why they are low).
