For unemployment purposes it would be nice to see by sub for say a look back period for 90 days to see how many jobs they were qualified for and did not take.

EXCELLENT IDEA! Very important in NYS. Our current system has a "non-working sub report" that can be: 1) run for a specified date range, 2) can exclude subs entered in the system before a specified date (so it doesn't pick up brand new subs, and the default date is one month prior to run date), 3) includes the number of notifications sent to the sub to work.
