A lot of our job postings have a posting deadline, but if an applicant has started an application and we move the posting to "Pause Application" those who started can still apply after the deadline. I would love to have a toggle switch that would allow us to not accept any applications after the posting has moved to pause. The problem that we are running into is that if we move a job posting to "closed" then move applicants to our phase called "HR only" with an email template set up to send notification that the job has been filled, that email will never be sent.
