Show (next year) future absences in Planned Absence calculation

It's that time of year when employees are entering future absences for AFTER our next year start date (July 1) and trying to see accurate balances to know if they will lose PTO.
It would be super helpful to include (or at least have the option to toggle) any future absences in the Planned Absence calculation so the balances show committed absence time deductions in the new year.
