We love the accountability of the QR code time stamping attendance upon attendee arrival to monitor timely arrival. Our secretaries love not having to manage Sign-in sheets, too. However, I advise that an Activity is not considered "complete" until the Activity end-time/out-time for attendees who use the QR code to sign-in. Currently, PDM considers an Activity "complete" when an attendee uses the QR code sign-in at the beginning of the session. The survey is sent upon "activity completion". Why is this needed? Because we want the post-activity survey to be sent immediately at the end of the activity for better feedback. Obviously, this issue wouldn't occur if we used sign-in sheets. But, the QR code experience has great potential to save paperwork for secretaries.
