Under Substitute Availability, it would be nice if we could choose multiple subs to email at the same time. If I want to notify them of a long term assignment, I currently have to pull the list from my Employee management system, sort it and grab emails. If I could click on all of the "available" and send them a specific message, it would save a lot of time.
