School closed, cancel vacancy subs

When school gets closed for weather and we change the calendar, it will cancel the subs for any absences on that day. We have to manually go in and cancel the subs for vacancies. It would be great if the subs for vacancies could also be cancelled automatically.

Hmm, so if your district is entering days on the calendar as a "Cancellation" or a "Holiday", that should also be removing subs from the vacancies as well, not just the absences. We WOULD see this behavior if the day was entered as a "teacher workday (inservice)" event. What date was this event for in your district?

Mike Weisman, this was for a "teacher workday". We have had quite a few snow days that they change to Remote Learning/OTWD so we don't need subs. I have to manually go in on the vacancies and cancel each one of those.
