Requisition Workflow vs. drop down selection of approvers

It would be nice for principals and admins to have the ability to select who needs to approve job requisitions, rather than having a strict workflow that each job has to flow through. With a strict workflow, each job type goes to a specific set of people. However, our secretaries, for example, at the high school need to go through the Secondary Director whereas our elementary secretaries need to go through the Elementary Director. But with the current set up, all secretaries would flow through the same set of people. In our current system, all available approvers are listed in a drop down menu and each admin can select who they need to approve the position their requisitioning. All the admin know the individuals that are required and if they miss someone, we/HR can add that person back into the mix.

I agree with Chelsea's comment. If a Special Education position comes open, it would be nice to be able to select the Special Education Director from a drop down menu and include them on the requisition. The same goes for our Elementary and also our Secondary Programs Directors. This would increase the functionality for our District.
