It would nice to have a chat rep that was district specific and knew all of the ins and out of our district. I feel I spend way to much time on a chat explaining that our district is not a typical cookie cutter district and why things won't work for us. If I only spoke to one or two reps, I feel like my questions could be answered more efficiently and I would not have to explain things over and over again. I feel like they would also be able to help us stream line some of our processes and procedures if someone knew us specifically.
