It would be great if we can run various reports out of the employee roster, which would include inactive employees. As staff leave I end date their position and inactivate ( or schedule inactivation) on the appropriate date. What happens is during audit time we need to run certain reports that capture the staff that have been inactivated. Which requires a lot of manual work and hoping you don't anyone in the process. So having more extended parameters we can use to run various reports would be handy for when you need to include an inactive employee !
