Hey there Red Rover folks! Just wanted to let you know about a new report that you can now use to find employees that are missing a balance for particular reasons or categories!
Go to REPORTS > LEAVE BALANCE GAPS. Then, you can add a filter for "Missing Balance Name" > is > "[choose your reason or category]"
And that should do it! Hope this helps in all your balance management adventures :)

As much as I would like unlimited PTO in district that is not the case, unless of course someones People profile is completed and PTO balances are not loaded. I would like a report that we could run to confirm that every profile has absences loaded. Or an option that has nothing loaded equates to nothing allowed instead of everything allowed unlimited.
Additional problem came in when we found a long time employee with an odd job category did not have time off in the rollover. So it's not only with new employees, its all employees.

A report for those who have not had a time off balance added to their profile would be very beneficial!

Not having this feature is a major hardship and time consuming problem for us right now.

Possible update to the Time Off Balance Report:
It would be nice to see a used column showing a number and the initial balance 0 (zero) to know that an attendance reason was used however the beginning balance missed being added.
To add to this - hopefully we would be able to run a report to show negative balances as some attendance reasons are allowed to go negative for certain reasons.

Updated Time Off Balances Report

Currently, there isn't a report to run that will show if any employees are completely missing their time off balances. You can pull the report but only people who have data entered will appear. I need to know who doesn't have any data entered for balances because otherwise they can potentially use unlimited amounts of time off categories & the office doesn't truly know how many days the individual has used or has left. This is really important at the beginning of the school year as hiring is still in full swing the first couple of weeks.
