One improvement that would be a significant time saver is the ability to move an interview without first having to edit the interview details.

Occasionally, an applicant is unable to attend their originally scheduled interview and needs to reschedule to a date that was not part of the original offered options. While we are often able to accommodate them, the current process requires editing the interview details before moving the appointment, which adds extra steps.

It would be extremely helpful to:

*Move an interview directly to a new date/time without editing the original interview details first.

*View interviews in a calendar format, then drag and drop interviews to a new date/time — even if that time was not originally included in the interview setup details.

Having this flexibility would streamline scheduling and make it easier to accommodate applicants while maintaining efficiency.
