PUSHING A JOB BACK OUT IF SUB CANCELS

Just found out that if a sub cancels a job it does not automatically go back into the sub pool. We just switched to RR and our previous A/S platform automatically sent the jobs back out. To have to go back into each job and click on over 100 subs to send back out to is very time consuming. A option to send them back out automatically would be so helpful!

I spoke with my rep yesterday and he confirmed it does get pushed out if a sub cancels.

I just tested this and it worked for me. It was less than 5 minutes from the sub cancelling to the text message going out automatically.

I had no idea the system did this.

This definitely needs to be changed! And when we put in a last minute absence for it to go out instantly to available subs

Really?! I was also not aware of this. We have subs who cancel from time to time if they become sick, so that is very inconvenient that the job doesn't automatically get notified back out to the other available subs.
