Heather. Does this work for you? I go into the employee's timesheet, and up at the top under their name, next to the summary, there is a download PDF button. On that PDF, I can see at the bottom if they added the notes when they made the changes to their clock logs (if they were needed). Because the timesheets (at least our settings) automatically submit daily.
