Please add employee emails as an option for Reports when we create our own reports.

When I create my own report...It would be nice to be able to select "email" as part of it. I see that emails addresses are built in the report provided by RR, but for my custom reports I do no have that as a option to add. When I run report for those who are short on hours etc....It would be nice to be able to copy all the email addresses at once so I can send out mass reminder emails.
