We would like the option to Override "Closed Days" or "No Sub Required" Days. There are times when a sub will be paid Holiday pay for "Closed Days". Example would be Winter Break. Currently we need to enter a Payroll Adjustment.

We do NOT want to open these days up as a whole.

This would be the best solution for employees to use PTO during a scheduled school closure.

Superusers/Admins should be able to override and create the absence on an employees behalf when a Calendar item is present.

This really needs to be addressed, I have an employee who is assigned to a contract and has a closed Unpaid Holiday, but they also are a floater and work in other buildings as needed. This person is assigned to another building this week but has an absence and I cannot create the absence. The solution to move them to another contract for 1 day is not acceptable, since we cannot track the absence the correct way.

Calendar Event Exceptions by Individual

We would like to mark certain individuals as not being impacted by a calendar event, overriding the overall contract selection. This would allow subs to be paid in some closed day situations. It would also allow us to mark a calendar event as not applying to a user's timesheet.

We require employees on LOA/FMLA to use available paid time off on Holidays. Is there a way to enter it as an absence even though the calendar notes it as holiday? Even if super user would have to do it.

Absence for Cancellation Day

We have floating holiday's that employees can use on cancellation days. There is not an absence type that can be entered on a cancellation. We currently have more than 100 employees that we are having to manually adjust time off banks and manually enter the time they are to be paid.

I wish we could unclick postions instead of having to delete and recreate a calendar event.

It would be nice in certain situations to have this. We currently have ours RR set up so Admin (central office) is closed separately from our teachers.
