This is now complete! It's super easy to setup as well. Just go to Settings>Sub Policies. You'll see the toggle switch to activate this feature there!

Larry Foxx If a teacher deletes their absence for the day and the sub job is cancelled, does this setting prevent the sub from picking something else up on the same day?

We have some subs that cancel then pick up the same job later and at times cancel again. I would like subs not be able to see jobs they have already dropped and possibly no other jobs the same day.

I wish there was a way to limit a substitutes availability when they cancel last minute multiple times. So instead of seeing jobs many days in advance, limit them to only seeing assignments when they start within a set time frame (like 12 hours).

That just happened to me this morning. This would be good as long as it is 24 hours or less when they cancel the job.

Larry Foxxthank you ! this is a great update ! i've had more subs cancel out of an assignment only to see them pick up other jobs for the same days. this leaves us in a bind because they are cancelling the same day they were to sub

This is a problem, subs are accepting jobs then at the last minute or night before they cancel and RR doesn't start calling right away. We need a way to not allow the sub to pick up another assignment for the same day they canceled.

We have a few subs that will pick up shifts and then cancel to pick up a different shift if a more "preferred" assignment becomes available. This leaves the other assignment uncovered at the last minute and scrambling for coverage. Would love to see a filter or way to block a sub who has cancelled a shift (not removed by admin) from picking up a different assignment for the same day.

We also have subs that cancel a job to pick up another job. It would be nice to set a limit that if ia sub cancels, they cannot pick up another job for 24 hours. But allow a super user or building admin to cancel and reassign if needed.

We have substitutes who are canceling a job at the last minute for one school and then picking up at a job at another school. We would like to stop this from happening as it is causing unexpected shortages at the last minute. We can't do this in Red Rover. Can we look at adding this to Red Rover?
