We would like Red Rover to send us an email, (similar to how the 3 day FMLA alert works), when an employee has exhausted leave entitlements, (sick, personal, family ill). So if an employee is out of sick days, Red Rover will email us to let us know they have used their last day. This will prevent overpayment of days to such employees.
