It would also be great for when staff donate a day to another staff member to be able to note that. I love this idea.

Brandie Roark We have a shared bank that employees can donate to. I made a reason code for it so when an employee donates a day I can reflect it in Red Rover instead of just adjusting their balance down by a day. It is only accessible to admins and the employee can't select it themselves.

David Farvo, thank you for that info. We have language in our contract for a voluntary donation of days and a limit they can donate so we have to enter it in our system manually.

This would be very beneficial. Our year-round classified staff earn vacation, but it is on their hire date for their position. So when I update their vacation hours on their anniversary date it would be nice to make a note of what the change in hours is for.
