Notification for before a 1st Job worked by a sub and other milestones

If we were able to receive a notification when an employee books their very first assignment, it would give us the opportunity to immediately support them, whether that’s sending a “good luck” message, offering resources, or even giving them a quick check-in call. Ideally, this could be automated so that employees feel encouraged and supported without adding manual steps for our team.
Even better would be milestone notifications (for example, after 1 day worked, 20 days, 100 days, etc.). While we can currently run reports to track total days worked, having automated alerts would allow us to proactively recognize and celebrate these moments.
These small, thoughtful touch points could make a big difference in improving engagement and retention.

I would love this - I have tried to figure out a way on my own that I could know when a sub's first day to take an assignment is, but short of them emailing me to let me know I can not seem to figure it out. Especially with as many subs our district has.

Notification/Star next to their name when a sub picks up their first assignment

Is it possible to receive a notification and/or have a star next to a subs name when they assign themselves to their FIRST subbing assignment. We have a teaching and learning team that does their best to go to that assignment to make sure they are welcomed/supported and set up for success etc. It would be very helpful to the building secretaries and principals to know this information when it is someone's Day 1 OR their first time in their building also. Is this something that can be implemented??? Thanks!!

Report for New Subs

We would like a report for brand new subs - meaning subs who have never worked in the district before. It is a rush to get them entered into Payroll when we did not realize we had a new person starting until we ran Red Rover Sub Pay.

It would be absolutely Fabulous if there were a button that we could click when we have entered a brand-new substitute so that the schools will know.

This is a great idea! It also makes it helpful for the payroll department to confirm that subs have all the necessary information to get paid when subbing for the first time.
