Or District has PT and FT subs. Both job postings stay open on our career site. There are times I am not ready to have a sub be FT or there is not an opening. I process them as PT then at later date may or may not move to FT. I would like to be able to move the applicant in and out of those job postings since they both report to me. We actually have two different FT categories. FT has more hoops so instead of cancelling steps I can reroute the person.
