It would be helpful to be able to change to or open a mobile view window on the desktop site and retain the ability to impersonate an account.

Not all of us have both android and iphone devices and because the apps on the devices are different it's hard to troubleshoot even if we look at our own phones. We also have different roles and permission sets on our accounts so not all options may line up.

Being able to see what the person is seeing would help with guiding and troubleshooting.
