When teachers resign but want to return as subs, we have to chat each time to merge their accounts. Our subs are in the system with their personal emails in case they work in other districts. Our employees are set up with their district emails. The system will not let us change them from SSO to a personal email without chatting so that a Red Rover rep can do it.

Please give superusers the ability to merge accounts or allow the system to update to a personal email on its own.
