Mass approve or "Select All" on the Approvals Screen

In our school district, we have several OPTIONAL TEACHER WORK DAYS on the calendar. On days like this, it is common for many of our teachers to take accrued leave on these days. A principal might log in and see 25+ absences in their queue they need to approve. In this scenario a "Select All" button on the Approvals page would be very helpful since they do not want to go in one-by-one to approve these absences individually. They are used to seeing this option in Frontline/Aesop. See my attached mockup screenshot.

Larry Foxx, I just approved 43 absences (give or take) in about 1.5 minutes! This is AMAZING!!! Thank you so much!!

It would be great to have a little check box that would select all absences. Then I could go in and spot check all absences and approve all absences at one time. Having to approve absences one at a time gets cumbersome when I have 130 absences to approve. It would be much more efficient to be able to do them all at once.

Our administrators also find this extremely cumbersome, especially on heavy absence dates.

I would love this option also!

Could we maybe have our cake and eat it too with this idea, if the "Select All" button was a permission that could be granted? Both sides of the coin on this discussion are very valid so having the choice would really be fantastic.

Thanks for the feedback, folks! It sounds like there is not really a concern that an approver will approve something by accident without looking at the details. Will share this with the team. Thanks!

Larry Foxx: I feel like that would happen a lot actually. I think the issue is more of managing those and getting in there in a timely fashion. I already have issues with admins not looking at every thing, approving, then coming back to payroll asking why? Umm... you approved it? Haha!

Here's a screenshot of one of our larger high schools with 105 pending approvals for this week.
