It would be helpful to payroll if employees were required to submit a comment when adding in extra hours on a timesheet. This would assure we are charging their hours to the correct program.

We need this to know what staff were working on for extra duty. We would prefer if it was required for all employees and optional for subs.

I would like to be able to make the comment box on the time sheet mandatory before they can be submitted. Since ours is only used for extra duties, I need to know what it is they were doing so I can code it correctly.
