Long-term Subs

Since Red Rover already includes the long‑term tracker option within an absence or vacancy, it would be incredibly helpful to have a customizable system rule. Something like: “Hey Red Rover, when this long‑term sub reaches 16 consecutive days in this assignment, flag it!”
However the notification appears, I’d love to see an automated way for Red Rover to track this and alert us once a substitute reaches the long‑term threshold.

We also pay a higher rate after so many consecutive days are reached.

Yes, on day 16 our teacher subs reach a new pay code and get paid a higher rate.

Yes! In Indiana on Day 16 if they have a valid teaching license we have to automatically pay them teacher pay. The assignment may not qualify in length for a temp teacher, so we are using our FT subs. We want to make sure payroll increases their pay for the time and effort in these roles.
