We would like to request that Red Rover create the ability to give Live Chat access to Location and District Admins, not just Super Users. For our company the Location Admins are the boot on the ground using Red Rover everyday. They should be able to ask a question through Live Chat and get quicker answers than they would receive sending an e-mail. It would be a really valuable option.
