For example, employees with 1–7 years of service receive two weeks of vacation annually, those with 8–14 years receive three weeks, and employees with 15 or more years receive four weeks. It would be beneficial if the new accrual policy feature could support tiered accrual schedules based on years of service, allowing organizations like ours to manage these varying accrual levels more efficiently and accurately.
