It would be helpful for those looking at vacancies to be able to click on the job title posted to learn more details before they determine if they want to apply. Right now, you can't tell that the title is a link and if a person simply clicks on "Apply Now", it automatically enters an email into the system but no name and we have no way to change that. If they don't want to apply after reading the description, it just leaves the email in there as a record but it's of no use to us.
